Data protection and copyright
(1) Data protection
We, Verlag Friedrich BISCHOFF GmbH (BISCHOFF Verlag), take the protection of your personal data very seriously and we strictly observe the data protection law regulations. Data related to persons are only collected on this website in a technically necessary scope and are treated as confidential.
Storing data
When an order is placed you are asked for your name, address and shipment address. You can choose to not give us certain information, e.g. your email address, but this means that you will not be able to use some of our offers (services/features).
The data you give us are stored. However, you can delete or block your data at any time, unless this is opposed by other statutory regulations (e.g. archiving periods pursuant to HGB – German Commercial Code).
Publishing Company would like to inform its customers about current offers, possibly by letter, to the extent that it is not recognisable that the customer would not like this. The customer can contradict forwarding of information at any time by an informal notification to Publishing Company under the following address: Verlag Friedrich Bischoff GmbH, Gutleutstr. 298, 60327 Frankfurt, telephone: +49 (0) 69 2696-0, fax.: +49 (0) 69 2696-205, E-mail: info@bischoff-verlag.de. The customer shall only receive product information by e-mail in the event of prior express approval. The approval shall be revocable at any time.
Forwarding data
We do not forward personal data to third parties without your explicit agreement, which you can revoke at any time. Exempt from this are service partners who must have data in order to process orders (e.g. the shipment enterprise commissioned with the delivery and the bank which handles the payments). In these cases the scope of communicated data is limited to the necessary minimum.
We expressly draw attention to the fact that data transfer in the Internet, e.g. communicating via email or filling out online forms, generally has security loopholes and cannot be entirely protected against access by third parties. The visitor can optionally print out the contact/registration form and send it by fax or post to this address:
